What inspired you to pursue your current creative path?
I'm definitely a broad artist and find joy in multiple mediums. Seeing the transformative impact art-making and yoga have had over the course of my life, as well as playing a major role in my health and wellbeing are key points in inspiring me to stay the course and to make this my career. Committing to creativity has also opened many doors to keep innovating, to set aside doubt/fear, and connect with like-minded individuals, who are seeking to motivate and inspire others with the creativity as well. I feel that creativity has been a true grounding and driving force in aligning me with my strengths and purpose. I also respect the power that the arts have in bringing people together and bridging community.

How did you find out about TGS?
A friend and photographer (Kennard Morris) who I was shooting with to build submission and portfolio content earlier this year, forwarded me the open call for More Talent Agency. I read up on More Talent as well as TGS and felt like it clicked in terms of everything I was looking for in an agency and collective. I also valued the mission behind TGS, the promotion of diversity, and Alex’s message of collaboration over competition. I worked up the courage to audition (because modeling and fashion have always been mediums I’ve wanted to explore, but have been intimidated by). The next week after my audition I got an email from Alex welcoming me to the collective and letting me know I got signed...the rest is beautiful history.

Why did you decide to join TGS?
For me it was all about the respect, support, authenticity, consciousness, talent and creative depth of each member in the collective. I feel very fortunate to have come across this opportunity and team of kindred spirits. I also value Alex’s mentorship, professional approach and mission to both empower and guide her creatives in reaching their best potential.

Where do you draw your inspiration from?
I draw inspiration from all of the road trips I’ve taken, nature, yoga, meditation, painting and drawing, documentaries, artist autobiographies and interviews, writing and illustrating, listening to music, dancing, memories, dreams, the cosmos, symbols, found objects from the desert, beaches and forests- theatrical costumes, observatories, old buildings like art and theatre palaces, etc. Life can really be full of points of inspiration and creative magic if you take the time to explore it all, keep an open mind, and an open heart.

Fave aesthetic, look or theme when shooting?
Anything with an art, yoga or dance theme is automatically a favorite. I also love rock and roll fashion, vintage fashion, DIY, bohemian fashion, whimsical/nature themed shoots, minimalist/natural fashion, editorial looks, futuristic and international fashion etc. I love embodying, exploring and expressing different parts of myself through modeling. I have also come to love and appreciate the confidence it brings forth.

Most interesting story revolving around your creative medium?
I feel like I’m just starting to really live it all, and I feel grateful to be present for all that's unfolding in this present time.

Random stuff about you?
I love studying psychology, a good roller skate every once in a blue moon, comedy, tea and world vegan cuisine. I also love singing karaoke, and practicing aerial yoga (I feel like I was an acrobat in a past life).

Meditative hiking with my partner and sage harvesting are also two random hand-in-hand weekend activities I’ve come to love and make a tradition.
